Lockout rates for the stage and all the house gear you can use start at $200 for rehearsal and self-directed recording and $300 for recording with a Sun Tiki engineer.

This room books for $25/hour for 3 to 5 people, $20/hour for 2 people or $10/hour for solo musicians.
Formerly called "the 6 pc rm" it's 14x24 feet with couches, piano, full backline ~ complete drum kit with cymbals, bass amps & guitar amps and full PA with mics & stands. For more than 9 people please contact us about renting the stage! NOTE: recording is not recommended in the practice rooms as they are not fully sound proof!
This room books for $42 for 6 to 9 people, $35 for 3 to 5 people, $25 for 2 people or $10 for Solo Piano.

RECORDING:

($100/hr for anything over 2 hours)

Everything listed in option 1
plus a fully mixed & mastered
production, ready for release ~ $1000
The lockout rate for recording is $300 for the first 2 hours and $100/hr after that. You get a Sun Tiki engineer and all the house gear you can use! Of course feel free to bring your own backline, just be sure to account for load in, setup, breakdown and load out within the session time. You will be given a usb drive at the end of the session with all the tracks recorded in Protools. To take it to the next level we can do post production, mix down and mastering of the session for $1000 total. If you have your own recording equipment and engineer just book a standard STAGE REHEARSAL [see next.]

STAGE REHEARSAL:
The lockout rate for stage rehearsals, self-directed recording, or video shoots is $200 for the first 3 hours and $50/hr after that (3 hour minimum session.) House gear is available and staff will be there to get everything sounding great with full monitor mixes just like a live show!

BOOKING NOTE:
There are certain rules and features on bookings. We are open 7 days a week from 10 a.m. to midnight [no walk-ins]. Sessions can start no later than 9:30 p.m. and must end by midnight. Sessions are first come first serve. Sessions can be booked up to 15 days in advance and must be booked no less than two hours in advance. Please plan to arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to the start time. Please plan to be loaded out no more than 5 minutes after the end time. Feel free to bring your own vocal mic. House mics are provided. You will see a 15 minute buffer before and after each session to allow 5 minutes for each band to load in and out. You will not be charged for buffer time.
ALCOHOL NOTE:
The bar will be open with beer, wine, cider & soda etc. at the begininning of your session. There is a two drink limit per person.
PARKING NOTE:
LANDRACE CANNABIS and FOREST GARDENS are right next door!
PLEASE DO NOT PARK DIRECTLY BEHIND LANDRACE CANNABIS OR FOREST GARDENS.
